We are seeking detail-oriented Copyeditors to join our medical journals publishing team. This role helps ensure that every manuscript we publish is clear, accurate, and professionally written, supporting our mission to advance high-quality clinical and biomedical research.

Role Overview

Copyeditors polish manuscripts for language, clarity, and consistency. You will refine wording, correct grammar, ensure style compliance, and help authors present their work in the most precise and readable form. Accuracy and respect for scientific meaning are essential.

Responsibilities

Edit manuscripts for grammar, punctuation, structure, and readability
Ensure consistency with journal style and reference formats
Standardize terminology, units, citations, and abbreviations
Collaborate with editors and authors to resolve language issues
Prepare clean, publication-ready files for production

Qualifications

Strong command of written English
Experience with copyediting or academic publishing preferred
Familiarity with medical/scientific terminology an asset
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
